Question about Sequator and milky way pano

Hello,

I have a question about sequator when doing pano stitching of the milky way.

I did 14mm pano made of 3 rows and 4 columns with my D810 and Gigapan.

Each square of the mozaic has been stacked 3 times so I have 3 * 12 = 36 raw images.

I tried to stack each square (3 shots) with Sequator then stitch it with PTGUI.

The stack is fine and the stitch is fine too but I have differences between squares that has been shot with 100% sky and squares that have been shot with foreground.

Here is my initial configuration :

- Squares with sky only :

* distorsion complex

* Enhance star light on

* Adobe RGB

- Squares with sky and grounds :

* Freeze grounds

* I painted sky so sky region is "partial"

* distorsion complex

* Enhance star light on

* Adobe RGB

The problem is : it seems as the two types of squares has not been processed the same, the picture rendered is different. I tried to put Enhance star light off for squares with sky only but anyway the differences are visible.

Here is a sample of an area with the two types of squares :

Nikon D810
