Syncing Capture One Workspaces, Recipes, etc... between desktop and laptop?

I'm a recent convert to Capture One (and very much enjoying it).  As I use it on both my desktop and my laptop and as Capture One is very customizable (workspaces, output recipes, toolbars, ordering of controls, custom brushes, etc...), I've been looking for an automated way to synchronize these customizations between my two Windows computers so when I make a change in one place, it automatically shows up on the other.

My best thought so far is to sync the folder C:\users\xxx\AppData\Local\CaptureOne\ using the "Google Backup and Sync" app since this is the folder where all these customizations are stored (in XML files) and I already use storage on Google for other things.  As I'm unlikely to be using Capture One on both computers at the same time, there shouldn't be many opportunities for synchronization conflicts.

Are there any other good solutions out there for syncing this data between two computers?  Since Capture One is so highly customizable, this seems like a very common question that would come up.  Anyone else doing it this way?
