Jump AF frame Z6 (single-point area in AF-S mode)

Hello. Recently, when photographing courtyards-wells in St. Petersburg, I noticed one oddity in the behavior of the autofocus frame. If you tilt the Z6 camera perpendicular to the ground (up or down), when the camera is slightly tilted, the AF frame (single-point zone in AF-S mode) begins to spontaneously "jump" from one place to another. This happens with both Z-mount and F-mount lenses.

For the purity of the experiment, I decided to put a cap on the lens. But the result was the same - the AF frame continues to jump chaotically from one place to another.

Has anyone observed the same strange behavior on their Nikon Z cameras? Or is it time to get my camera repaired?
