Live streaming camera buying advice (Canon M200, Sony a6000)

Hello everyone, I've been doing youtube livestreams for the past year with my iPhone XR as camera (EpocCam) but now I'd like to buy something better & more reliable.

BUDGET: 500 EUR, Streaming@1080p@30fps

I'll be using an HDMI Capture Card (Cam Link 4K) and what I need is:

- Clean HDMI out

- "Unlimited Runtime" (I plan to livestream about 2 hours with no interruptions)

- Ability to use Dummy Battery to power camera over AC power adapter

What type of camera would you recommend, mirrorless or a camcorder?

Initially I've been looking at camcorders like Canon Legria HF R806, Panasonic HC-V180, V380, V800 but later on I've been looking for mirrorless cameras in particular because I'd like to also deal with photography as a hobby and the quality they offer is more tempting and I find camcorders somehow limiting their use case.

What I found for my budget, both cost 499 EUR:

- Canon EOS M200 Kit (EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM)

- Sony a6000 Kit (16-50mm PZ OSS)

Which of the above would you recommend? I'm concerned about overheating issues, auto focus not working over HDMI out and not being able to livestream for about 2 hours with no interruptions.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
