Ethernet adapter keeps interrupting WLAN connection

I have a very annoying behaviour where I start my WLAN connection (win 10, latest version) and where the Ethernet adapter keeps disconnecting the WLAN connection and sometimes I have to restart the WLAN connection several times (after repeatedly being disconnect by the Ethernet adapter again) until it becomes stable.

Google wasn't much help so far. What I tried was disabling or de-instatlling the Ethernet connection (via device manager) - to no avail, unfortunately.

Running ' Netsh WLAN Show wlanreport' as admin I can see the following pattern (rough English translation in quotes):

Von CDE wurde ein entfernter L2-Adapter gemeldet.

'CDE reports a removed L2-Adapter'

Von CDE wurde ein hinzugefügter L2-Adapter gemeldet.

'CDE reports an added L2-Adapter'

and then the WLAN connection gets terminated.

After several such occurences the WLAN connection becomes stable.

Does someone have an idea what causes this and how I can get a stable WLAN connection after only one (!) connection?

Thanks in advance
