Expedition time - gear question

Hi all,

I hope I am hitting the right forum with this:

Beginning this fall I am going to spend a few month in the middle east.
I want to bring my camera and some equipment but I am limited in weight and also my luggage needs to be able to absorb some heavy bumps.
My aim is landscape, animals, street photography - so basically a mix of everything.

So far my equipment list looks like this:

Sony A7R IV

Sony 20 1.8
Sony 24-105 4
Sony 70-200 2.8 + Extender 1.4
Raincover for camera
4 batteries + charger
Cleaning equipment (rocket blower + sensor swipes)
A laptop for storage and processing of files (need to buy one)
GorillaPod Tripod

Do I miss something big?
Anyone has tips for travelling in these areas - do i need special stuff (cleaning wise)?
Is my range of lenses ok? I would love to bring my 200-600 but I fear it will get damaged.
I am thinking of buying a small pelican case that holds the camera body and the lenses. Any ideas on that?

Thank you very much in advance for any tips.
