23mm Landscape/Nature photography with the X100V

I struggle with this focal length because it's neither fish nor fowl. When I try to get tight detail shots the way I would with a longer lens it feels off...And it feels just too tight for that classic landscape feel. I did find myself craving the WCL sometimes but the standard lens is also nice in its "not-quite-wide enough-ness." The fov has its own look that stands apart in an intriguing way.

Took it and the Nisi filter kit out into the Kiwanis Park reservation area in Albuquerque today and managed to get some shots in before a passing thunderstorm drove me out. These are all in Classic Chrome and noodled with in Capture One.
