Interesting idea.
On the charts there are symbols to indicate things like noise reduction but the tables doesn't take this into account.

I think I've covered this multiple times elsewhere. But hear goes ...

There are ways to detect nearest neighbor signal processing in the firmware.
(This is distinct from various noise reduction and signal shaping done in hardware.)
The chief tool hear is 2D Fourier Transforms.

I deem that signal processing as noise reduction when there is a significant drop in noise. 
I cross check against an energy spectrum analysis.
