Hello all,

In order to get better color out of my canon 5D IV someone advised me to make a color profile with a color checker and make a profile out of that for Lightroom. I haven’t had much luck in trying other methods to get the color to look right, like converting a 5DIII profile to work on the 5DIV so I would like to hear from others if making a dedicated profile has worked out for them.

If there are other 5DIV users who already created a good profile for that sensor or have a raw file of a color checker I would appreciate it to test them out in Lightroom before buying into a data color or xrite system.

any recommendations are appreciated

Are you trying to make an in-camera profile or one for Lightroom?
