I ended up mostly with Canon FD and Minolta MD because they are widely available and pretty cheap.

Definetly best price and performance on many of the Canon lenses.

Most intersting and affordable lenses in those mounts that i own:

  • Canon FD 20mm f2.8
  • Canon FD 24mm f2.8
  • Canon FD 300mm f4L
  • Canon FD 35mm f2.8
  • Canon FD 50mm f1.4
  • Tokina 90mm f2.5 macro

also check out this blog, its my goto source:

I dont think the wide/ultrawide are useful on an APSC camera. Generally i picked up full frame (a7ii) because the legacy lenses work best on the FF format IMO.
