M43 High ISO - how do you cope with it?

Dear

I am looking to get the OM-D E-M1 Mark II but came across few people saying that high ISO can be an issue. I will use OM-D E-M1 Mark II mostly for wildlife photography and sometimes I need to use ISO 1600 or 3200.

I see the test result from DXO here

I pick three top cameras for FF, m43 and APS-C. So the OM-D E-M1 Mark II is close to the A6600. So no point to go APS-C for me. But compared with the A7III. It is less than half the ISO capacity !!!

The size of the A7 III is not much different than OM-D E-M1 Mark II. Of course, the lens will be bigger. But is it worth to go OM-D E-M1 Mark II with the risk in ISO performance?

How do you cope or fix a photo with high ISO?

Olympus E-M1 Sony a7 III
