I also like the perspective the 30 mm gives. You get a bit more feeling for the surroundings.

Oh, it is internally focusing, which changes the focal length as you get closer. It is actually 29mm at infinity, and 21mm at 1:1 reproduction ratio. This means the angle of view doesn't change as you focus closer - the lens has no focus breathing.
