Small budget studio help, need 3 cameras.

Hello,

I’m turning my fairly large garage into a tiny production studio. Already have a wall painted, got a long table where we are going to have 2 people seated discussing stuff, want to be able to occasionally switch to a computer screen to show something on the web or show a video.

I already have very good internet with a router in the garage, I’ve moved my fairly powerful desktop out to the garage and have multiple computers screens etc.

I have 2 xlr lapel mics and a scarlet focusrite 4i4

i want 3 cameras that will record fairly crisp looking 1080p,

I want the ability to live switch to cut down on post production as much as possible.

Just as an aside I already have 2 go pros, 1 canon 60d with a kit 18-135 mm and 50 mm prime 1.8, and I also have 3 iPhone 10-11 models.

My goal was to use OBS as my recording/streaming platform

I’ve already tried the iphones, didn’t work well.

i have been looking into the black magic atem mini, not sure how well it would work with focusrite, was going to take the hdmi out from the atem mini and plug it into a elgato stream recorder going to OBS

long story short, I need 3 cameras. Problem is even with magic lantern, most dslrs don’t have a true clean hdmi out.

I tried using NDI on the phones going to obs, it didn’t work, audio wildly out of sync, dropped frames, glitchy.

any help is appreciated.
