Space X manned launch viewing opportunity tomorrow (Fri) AM

Those of us who live along the East Coast of the US have a rare chance to see a manned rocket headed to the International Space Station just before Sunrise Friday morning.

Does anybody have an estimate of that exposure might work? It seems that there will only be ten seconds or so to find, focus, & capture the image. It will be minutes before Sunrise. Maybe just expose to capture the foreground? Other thoughts?
