If they do, it´s not an entirely different system. The Windows apps need to support the font enlargement setting. That was a huge problem several years ago when 14" notebooks with HD displays came out, it was near impossible to use some programs before they were updated to support this function of the OS. So the difference would be mainly, whether you set the font size within an app or system wide.

W10 originally was just a W7 with an added app store and I still prefer W7 very much, but this is water under the bridge now.

But the main reason I prefer W7/10 (at least at work), is that I can use nearly 20 year old programs (Filemaker Pro 6 in this case) and W10 has no issues with them whatsoever.
