Buying a new PC

After accepting that my PC is at the end of days I am considering replacing it. I find the many specs confusing so would appreciate some advice. It is the main house PC and is used extensively for photo management and editing. I an currently trialling DXO Deep prime and my current PC is taking 8 minutes to process one picture which is about 10 times slower than I should expect. That would seem to be a good guide for my new spec.

I'm looking at something like this below from Novatech. I would add an HDD for my large requirement for picture storage. I thought I may up the RAM to 32GB just because in years of buying new PCs it has always seemed prudent to buy high. I don't play games and am unlikely to stream much beyond you tube.

nSpire Elite ZEN2

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Processor | NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 Graphics | 16GB DDR4 Memory | 500GB NVMe SSD

Any thoughts on whether this meets my needs or where I may want to aim higher will be gratefully appreciated.
