m43 Oly E-M1 III for macro focus bracketing in 2021

Well initially I read some comments about that here in the forum and got a really positive impression from the advantages of the m43 system in macro photography.

But then I did some googling and I can not find any public blog / press report supporting the notion that m43 is a good system in any regard except weight and price.

For me as a beginner I find this disconnect in communication disturbing and it makes me stay away from the camera market because it confuses the hell out of me. "my sensor is very good" "no it is bad" What is going on here?

I know there are good and bad aspects in every system, but my use case is very specific and yet I find a ton of conflicting information on that.

Here are some examples, mostly specialized articles about macro:

1) In this video you can see that under real world conditions the Oly looses detail in shady areas: https://youtu.be/wA02gOvbG7k?t=1484

Only under studio conditions with perfect lighting the quality is comparable: https://youtu.be/wA02gOvbG7k?t=590

2) https://www.lapseoftheshutter.com/best-macro-camera/

"Sensor Size – The technical definition of a macro photo is one where the subject of the picture is refracted at least life-size onto the camera sensor. In practice, the definition of macro photography is a little blurred, as cameras with smaller sensors can produce what are essentially macro photos without fulfilling this definition."
So they say m43 is not even capable of macro.

3) No Olympus mirrorless system camera in the list:

4) The best Olympus on the list is a cheap model from 2009?

5) MFT has bad ISO:
https://www.compactclick.com/best-cameras-for-macro-photography/

"full-frame sensors are preferred by the majority of macro photographers looking for the best cameras for macro photography."

6) This site is recommending the old Oly M1.1 and say you can make good macro with a 50mm lens. "universal lens that can shoot good macro, a 50mm model "
https://fixthephoto.com/best-camera-for-macro-photography.html

7) https://www.jaymesdempsey.com/best-camera-macro-photography/
Oly M1.3 is not on the list but rather the M5. Also it is pick number 8 out of 10.

8) https://www.amateurphotographer.co.uk/latest/photo-news/expert-tips-award-winning-macro-shots-128534
There are more award winning macro shots by an Iphone than any Olympus.

Olympus E-M1
