You've started several discussion threads where the aperture in question is f/1.4. Why are you doing this, and do you realise that the lens works best (for most shots) stopped down a bit?

One thing that f/1.4 provides is a bright viewfinder image, but most photographers don't use f/1.4 routinely.

Do you understand that your camera can be set at any aperture that you choose (not just the maximum of f/1.4), and after focussing wide open (i.e. f/1.4), rapidly closes down to the selected aperture as the shot is taken.

You continually ask for opinions on focus. If you can't see that for yourself, your photographic journey will be difficult.

Try auto mode?
