PC boots up in seconds. Why keep it on?

New Dell XPS desktop computer.  SSD system drive with Win 10.  Boots up in seconds.  Shuts down in seconds.  Any reason to keep it on all the time and put it into Sleep Mode?  I can just reboot it in seconds.

With my older Dell XPS about 11 years old, it took forever to boot up or shut down with Win 7.  The incentive was to keep it running and pit it into Sleep Mode because it took forever to boot up again.

Am I gaining anything by keeping the new computer up?  It doesn't look like it.
