I think some of the data you captioned must be wrong but I am on my phone and don't get the exif data if if is there.

Assuming they are correct I just wanted to mention that for still wildlife photography, for the most part you don't need to use f16 or even f10.  You don't need 1/1000s either.  For most of these shots 1/500 to 1/640 should be plenty to stop camera and subject movement.  f8 will sharpen up the lens and provide plenty of depth of field.  The key is to keep ISO as low as possible to get the best possible image quality.

I can't image that your ISO was 2500 for some of these it must have been 250?

Nice wideangle photos too, but again at 24mm with a still subject you don't need 1/1000s, 1/40 to 1/60 is plenty.

The 90D is awesome, enjoy the new camera!
