Creating a profile using Colorchecker Passport with specific values

I need some help on how to do the following:

I have a client that wishes we provide a ColorChart (the ColorChecker Passport) but with specific values for the White, Black, and one of the Gray samples.

I have NOT found a way to take a picture and get the values good right from the initial capture, which I expected. But how would I go about using the ColorChecker to create a profile AND get the values they require for the chart?

I have already created the profile and imported it into LightRoom. That part works fine, but I'm not sure what I sould be doing to adjust the values of the 3 patches. I have tried changing the exposure or white and black values , but I don't find the results look very good. I am not sure if it is because I am doing something wrong or if the values they want me to use just give that result.

How would I go about doing this and what would be the best way to adjust these patches after scanning?
