Beware because it's really VERY heavy and that's actually the reason why I'm changing it for the 300, I definitely prefer to "run and gun" rather than having to rely every time on a monopod or tripod..

I shoot AFL and motorsports so while i do cart it around a bit the weight isnt an issue - i shoot a nikon 400 VR currently so nothing new
