128Gb CFexpress photo capacity in R5

When I first tried my new Canon R5 with SanDisk 128Gb CFexpress card, it shows I could take up to about 2400 RAW photos.  After upgrading to 1.3.0 firmware and making customized settings on the camera, now it shows I can take up to 1916 RAW photos only.

Another family member has the same R5 and SanDisk 128Gb CFexpress; and his shows 2045 RAW photos capacity.

We swap the memory cards; and my R5 still shows 1916 RAW photos and his still shows 2045 RAW photos capacity.

I called Canon Tech Support, reset all camera settings back to manufacturing default; and it still shows 1916 RAW photos capacity in my R5.

Do you know if there are any explanations for this ?  Thanks.
