M50: Adding caption/remarks to photo on camera
1

Hi all,

recently, I upgraded from my old Sony A350 to a Canon M50.

On the M50, I look to shoot using my vintage Meyer-Optik Görlitz Orestor 135mm f/2.8. It's a nice lens in good condition (given its age of 50 years( and with its 15 diaphragm blades it's able to produce a beautiful bokeh.

This lens is, of course, completely manually. So as expected EXIF data misses the aperture because the lens doesn't communicate anything to the camera. I sometimes would like to remember the aperture of a shot, but my memory isn't that good

Is it somehow possible to set the aperture on the M50 with a remarks or caption? I've searched the manual, the camera and the internet and couldn't find anything except owner and copyright info. So I guess it isn't possible, but it never hurts to ask

Kind regards,

Roy
