How do you achieve this look (old/dirty/grainy)?

Hello guys. I'm new to photography and currently experimenting with different looks (trying to find my own). I shoot digital (raw) but adore polaroid//lomo/film look. One of my favorite photographers -- Charalampos Kydonakis (Dirty Harrry) -- has a pretty similar look to what I want to achieve. I don't want to copy something but to develop my own look I need to understand how does it work. I know he shoots digital and then use lightroom/photoshop.

Can you please answer these questions:

1. Obviously I can see added grain but what else? There is something else (example1 https://prnt.sc/11efzrb, example 2 https://prnt.sc/11efzrb). And it looks natural. Is it just carefully edited layer (or layers) of film dirt/scratches/dust?

2. What type of grain is it? How do you think? Grain in lightroom is pretty similar to this but I might be missing something.

3. There is a lot of brown shades/tints in his work. How can I do this in lightroom?

Example works:

3. There is a lot of brown
