Light recommendation for poorly lit interiors

Hi all,

I am looking for a recommendation for a sort of specific lighting situation.

I shoot a lot of low light interiors of our lodge.  Something like this photograph where I have used a strobe (Godox AD200):

The photo looks quite bright, but obviously with photos I have the option of dragging the shutter.  Not so in video.

Video I produced last year with my pana G9 really suffered as I could not get the scene bright enough.  I now have a EOS R6 and low light is way better. Lenses; I have some fast glass (20mm f1.4) so that is covered, but ideally I would be at F4 on my 16-35.

I am thinking something like a COB light bounced off a 5 in 1 reflector or using a lantern type diffuser to try and brighten the whole room.  The green canvas will give colour problems if I bounce directly off the tents I reckon.

My budget is not huge.  I would ideally like to use the same light for a fill on interviews and maybe even as a hot light for portraits.  Hence why I am thinking something like at Godox ML60.  But that is not bi-colour and a two colour light would be handy as I am often working in very warm lighting (kerosene lanterns).  I could gel, but the less hassle and faff the better.  Portability is crucial - battery power essential as these interiors are all not on AC but low voltage DC solar.

Any suggestions or tips from anyone that has lit similar interiors for video would be really welcome.

Maybe I am wrong and a panel light would be better than COB?

I can't rent (I live in Zambia).
