How old are your kids? Right now the 28-200 might look like the best choice, but once they start doing school stuff indoors (recitals, sports... I have no clue what kids do )... then perhaps the 70-180 will be better in this kind of low light situations.

If they might do soccer and other outdoor sports then the 70-350G for the reach, usually you can't get very close in these cases so 350mm might come handy....

Good point, but remember 200 on APS-C is 300 equivalent which is quite nifty on the edge of a sports field - indeed the variable play might make the 28-200 the best option!

As usual with these lens questions, the answer also depends on what other lenses you might have or use in future. I found the 18-200 just a little too wide-ranged for its compromises, and now use the 16-70 + 70-300 as needed.  But the 28-200 is on my consideration list (as I also use FF) as I like the Minolta 28-105 on my APS-C and suspect the 28-200 would be ideal as an outside rural lens when you don't need wide angles. Good luck with the decision anyway!
