Architecture Photography | Retouching

Hi guys,

I'm new around here and I'm looking for some advice on architectural and interior photography. Specifically in regards to retouching.

I recently upgraded from a Fujifilm XT-2 to a Canon EOS R. I love the new system, however I find a lot of my shots much 'softer' now compared to the Fuji. Maybe increased resolution, perhaps the lens.

When it comes to architecture and interior design photography I'm constantly seeing these very sharp and crisp, almost render-like images. After watching countless tutorials I still haven't seemed to come up with a solution.

Is it how these are shot in the first place?
Is it the RAW processing? etc

Here is an example of the render-like quality I am looking for:

And here is an example of one of my recent shots.

Both images above are shot with natural light.

Thanks!
