Lens 'S' designation

I see a total of 22 lenses for Z mount on DPR's lens database, 16 of which are from Nikon. My question is around the 'S' designation of Nikon lenses.

Is it accurate to say that 'S' designated lenses are intended as "Pro" models, similar to Canon's "L" series?

Right now, I see 7 'S' designated primes and 5 zooms. They are all FX. They are all F/4 or faster.

Of the four non 'S' zooms, two are FX and two DX. Can all these be considered consumer/non-pro lenses, having less robust build?

Thanks.
