Help reading specs to figure out frames per second

I'm thinking of buying a Panasonic HC-V770K I'm trying to figure out how many frames per second it shoots in so I know what to set the shutter speed at in order to apply the 180 degree rule.  Is it even possible with this camera?  See my questions below followed by the camera specs.  Thanks for your help!

Is "motion image" the FPS?
Do I have a choice to shoot between 60p OR 60i?
If I do have a choice 60p is 60 fps, right?
How many fps is 60i?
If I do have a choice, how many fps is [60p / 60i]?
