Linear manual-focus lenses – list?

By linear manual focus has come to mean fly-by-wire focus that is position-dependent rather than speed-dependent, so that the focusing feel approximates that of a lens with mechanical focus.

This is essential for various bolt-on video focusing aids, but it’s also just a lot easier to use for any kind of manual focusing, notably in video.

The Olympus lenses with a focus clutch (snap-back ring for manual-focus) have this mechanical-focus emulation. Questions:

  1. Do all of them?
  2. Do some other Olympus lenses have linear focus but no clutch?
  3. Is there a list of all Micro Four Thirds lenses with this feature or would you make one for me now?

I thank ye.
