Panasonic lumix 12-60mm on olympus OMD body

I am looking for guidance on whether the Panasonic lumix 12-60 lens works well with an olympus OMD body (m5 mark iii or m10 mark iv). Specifically:

1. Does autofocus work, and work as speedily (discounting benefits of OIS or DFD due to that lens on a Panasonic body)?

2. Does the weather sealing work just as well, if the OMD body is weather sealed (m5 mark iii), compared with an olympus weather sealed lens on the same camera?

3. Bonus question: is this lens better than the olympus 14 150mm in terms of image quality? The 12-60 range works for me, but if the IQ of the Panasonic lens is as good or worse, might as well go for the Olympus lens that has greater reach and almost same weight.

Also note that I am asking about the slower Lumix 12-60, not the Leica 12-60 f2.8-4.

Thanks!
