Half Speed tracking for Milky Way shots with foreground

My tracker has a half speed setting that I have never used as typically I do sky and foreground separately

However for composition purposes I would like to have just a single shot potentially with half a minute to one minute exposure. This is sufficient to see good details of the Milky Way and the foreground with the equipment I use

I have found some reference to say that if you shoot 2 minutes the foreground is blurred which is logic but no argument to suggest how long I can use the half speed before I notice issues on the foreground
If anyone has experience I would appreciate it
