Sigma Merrill the most popular but also the most hard ?

I find the Sigma Merrill very hard, but I am still learning and it seems that it is a difficult camera but just needs enough light to fully get hot burned to have shining colors without being noisy. Beside any difficulty, I still am enthusiastic, because the pictures look more harmonious and things look with "plasticity" of harmony, even when comparing it to a Canon. But everytime colours are out of place and I need to set white balance and green/magenta shift. Through ideally, I don't like any form of post production, Whatever I do with Sigma, I need to correct the colours. How to have good colours from the start ? I guess it always need to get hot light ? Is that what you do? And is it fine for fashion and beauty shoots ? I need natural skin tones. As I'm not professional, the Sigma speed is just fine. Canon is shooting too much pictures.
