Hi thedullchannel,

I have a solution for you, in short, get the Fujifilm X-S10 - simply for the IBIS. Image quality is exactly like the X-T4.

IBIS is great for manual vintage lenses too. It works really well even with manual lenses. Make sure that you set the camera to shoot without a lens. Also set the mount adapter focal length correctly and IBIS works fantastic.

The other advantage with the X-S10 is the deep handgrip. When you use a vintage glass (I highly recommend the Pentacon 29mm f2.8, the Carl Zeiss Flektogon 35mm f2.4 and the Asahi Pentax Super Takumar 55mm F2.0). These are all M42 mount lenses and the adapter that you need for Fujifilm X mount is quite chunky. That makes the camera front heavy, so a deep handgrip helps immensely with stabilising the camera.

Between the XC 35mm f2 and XC 15-45 mm PZ lens, I would recommend the XC 35mm f2. It is because, for that focal length range of 15-45 mm, you can "zoom with your feet" with a 35mm f2 lens. The 15 - 45 lens is a bit quirky and takes some getting used to because of the power zoom feature.

Although, I suspect if you get hold of the Pentacon or the CZ lens mentioned above, you will rarely use any other!!

I hope this is helpful.
