[Video attached] What is this artefact in my video?

I bought a used DSLR camera, metabones adapter and lens recently and shot some test footage in some harsh lighting and when I reviewed it I noticed strange artefacts in the image. The outside edges of the video fall away and when I review the video on my larger TV, I can also see subtle horizontal bars of dark and light (not flicker, they remain static in the image) that follow the image. What could this be and how to fix? Here's a link to the footage:

I'm new to this so hopefully this is an easy answer that someone with experience will know right away.  If not, then hopefully someone can give me a few alternatives of what it could be and the approach to fixing?

Thank you!!
