Why RF IS lenses with IBIS bodys?

Looking at the RF lineup, I don't understand why Canon is making some of their wide angle lenses with IS considering the IBIS on the R5/R6 are so good already.

For example the 15-35mm 2.8 IS and the 35mm 1.8 IS. Is there any aded value of the lens IS with IBIS, of if IBIS alone can already provide 8 stops of compensation?
