M6 II. It has the most versatility. 90D is too big, M50 II, is less expensive, but, the sheer improvement in 4K video and ISO performance alone, justify the M6 II, if you can afford it. The RP is small enough, until you start adding most RF glass, and it's FPS is sluggish for anything demanding at 4FPS AI-servo, it's in no rush, even if it has punch with a FF sensor.

...And, you've found the gem of the system, the 32mm... It's akin to an RF 50mm f/2L... Except that's a lens Canon will never make; they may make an RF f/1.4, but it won't be L. That SSC coating on the EF-M 32mm f/1.4 STM, is not to be underestimated, nor is it's resolving power, 0.25x macro, and contrast rendition. It's a beast, and a bargain, at $499 USD...
