I agree. EF-S definitely looks end of life. Crop DSLRs are done.

EOS M / EF-M will be around for many years to come. At least as long as Fuji X and Sony E APS-C. I fully expect an "M5 II" any time soon - with 32.5 MP sensor, IBIS, higher-rez EVF siome time soon - because I finally caved in and got an M6 II. LOL

By my count there are even more excellent native EF-M mount lenses:

* 11-22 (better than EF-S 10-18 or 10-22 and any other crop UWA zoom in market)
* 12 Samyang
* 16 Sigma
* 22/2 (better and faster than EF-S 24/2.8)
* 28 Macro (it is very good optically and useful, even at f/3.5)
* 30 Sigma
* 32/1.4
* 56 Sigma

And 18-55, 18-150 and 55-200 are also "more than OK". Only 15-45 is weak.

EF-S and EF lenses I am adapting and find worthwhile doing so:

* EF 40/2.8
* EF 50/1.8 STM
* EF-S 60 Macro (outstanding lens!)
* 55-250 IS STM (only the latest version, STM)
