Hi guys ! I've woke up with the answer this morning. I'll post it here in order to save time for People who would have the same problem than mine, one day...

it was just not possible to be a mettering difference, because both pictures were shot exactly at same iso, aperture, speed....

The answer is that I had different color space on my xt30 and x100v. I had Adobe rgb on xt30, which is much more flat, and sRGB on x100v.

I remember that I heard that Adobe rgb was better for raw and sRGB for jpegs. I can give you confirmation now! Dynamic range seems much better with Adobe, which give this feeling of flat picture.

Thank you for your help and feedback!

Cheers!

It does not matter what colour space you choose when shooting RAW. A RAW file does not have a colour space until you process it. The only thing that choosing Adobe RGB does when shooting RAW is to change the file name prefix (and to change the colour space of the small embedded JPEG).

Thanks for the tip! I'll shoot sRGB only now !
