Which Fuji camera would be best for me? I need a small camera, but one that's made good, has controls and a fast lens (f2.8 or faster). The XE-3 and XE-4 with the 28mm f2.8 pancake seem to be options. The X100T and V seem like good options, too.
But what I'm really getting at is the age old adage that the best camera is the one you have with you. These days, that's usually my phone. But the problem is always the same. The camera that's small enough that it's always in my pocket never seems to be the camera I really want when it comes time to shoot. Not enough physical controls, slow lens, bad viewfinder, slow AF... Meanwhile the DSLR that does everything I want it to do and need it to do stays home in the kit bag.
The Ricoh GR cameras probably fit my needs closely. But they don't have ovf's or evf's. Just a screen. The newest one has lost it's flash and has poor battery life.
I want a viewfinder I cant look through. I also would like a built in flash (although that's less important).
To my knowledge the XE3/XE4 with 27mm and x100f/v are the smallest aps-c kits you can carry yet still have a built in EVF. Then the XT30. Canon had the M5 for awhile but think they killed off that line.
I think you're on the right track, any of these are pocketable in shorts or jackets, not jeans though...need to go ricoh or maybe xf10 for that.
My carry around everywhere all the time is the XF10. Used to be X70. WIsh Fuji would upgrade these. All Fujis have poor batteries but I always carry an extra one or two. For my interchangeable lens carry all, I refound my XA1 in a closet, which I got instead of the similar XM1 and really enjoying it again, as my XT10 bit the dust.

We're Noct messing around with this review.
Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom impress in a lot of ways, but their noise reduction lags the competition and their lens corrections lack a real-world basis. DxO PureRAW 3 aims to come to their rescue without totally reinventing your workflow!
The Sony ZV-E1 is the company's latest vlogging-focused camera: a full-frame mirrorless camera based the FX3/a7S III sensor, aimed at YouTubers and 'creators' looking to go pro.
The Sony ZV-E1 is a full frame camera targeting YouTubers. Chris and Jordan are Youtubers, what do they think?
Holy Stone produces dozens of low-cost drone models aimed at consumers. We look at the HS710 and HS175D to see if they stack up to other sub-250g offerings. Are these secretly great or more like toys?
Above $2500 cameras tend to become increasingly specialized, making it difficult to select a 'best' option. We case our eye over the options costing more than $2500 but less than $4000, to find the best all-rounder.
There are a lot of photo/video cameras that have found a role as B-cameras on professional film productions or even A-cameras for amateur and independent productions. We've combed through the options and selected our two favorite cameras in this class.

Family moments are precious and sometimes you want to capture that time spent with loved ones or friends in better quality than your phone can manage. We've selected a group of cameras that are easy to keep with you, and that can adapt to take photos wherever and whenever something memorable happens.
What's the best camera for shooting sports and action? Fast continuous shooting, reliable autofocus and great battery life are just three of the most important factors. In this buying guide we've rounded-up several great cameras for shooting sports and action, and recommended the best.
