i've ordered the "super-minimalist" LowePro TLZ 10 bag now. Hope it fits. If so, I'll try to add a vertical attachment, re-using a detachable attachment point from an old Fjällräven pouch, plus a bit of velcro.

If I succeed, i'll post an image.

I picked up the TLZ 10 today for use with the M6ii and 22mm or the 11-22, with the pancake the camera fits in nicely on its side but with the 11-22 mounted (which is shorter than your zoom) it gets a bit tight already. Still fits, but I don't think that the camera would go in with an 18-150 mounted and the bag still zip shut.
