Suggestions for long focal length (>100mm) F-mount macro lenses?

Dear All!

I am trying to arrange a setup for a lab measurement, and would like to ask for advice.

Due to external constraints the subject will be ~45-50 cms behind a glass panel (vacuum chamber), I cannot get closer than this.

We are using F-mount (can change if necessary) and full frame (35.8mm x 22.4mm sensor).

I am trying to get a relatively narrow field of view / high magnification, i.e. high enough that I probably need macro lenses. My quick math says that with say 60mm or 100mm we get a FOV of ~300mm and ~180mm. If I wanted to get more narrow we would need to go above 100mm with something that can do a magnification of at least 1/2 - 1/3.

We would do manual focusing and manual aperture control, and will probably stop down to f11-f16 to increase DOF (we have a lot of light).

I have tried hunting down the elusive "AF Micro-Nikkor 200 mm 1:4D IF-ED", doesn't seem easy.

I have two specific questions.

(1) Any recommendations for macro lenses that support F-mount and have focal lengths above 100mm, with a minimum focus distance close to 0.5 m?

(2) How do I exactly interpret the working distance and the minimum focusing distance for a lens like the above mentioned Nikkor 200mm? Is this measured from the front of the lens or the sensor? I have read somewhere that this has a minimum focus distance of 0.5m, but a minimum working distance of 260mm...? I thought these are all measured from the lens.

Many thanks!
