I have never seen or able to find a Samsung NX mount to M4/3 mount.
Anyone know if it ever get manufactured?
Probably not!
Primarily because the Samsung lenses, like so many modern lenses, are "fly-by-wire", with an electronically-controlled aperture and indeed focusing arrangement, making them unadjustable when not on a Samsung camera.
That's good advice, though some Samsung NX lenses can be focused manually (the 20-50mm is one, and there may be others). There's a workaround for the aperture, but you need patience and a Samsung NX body.
There's no commercial NX-MFT adapter I'm aware of, but it might be possible to make one using 3D printing, parts from extension tubes and/or other DIY techniques. There's only 6.25mm to play with, and for most lenses (such as the NX 30mm f/2 tagged in the OP's question) you'd also need to incorporate a helicoid for manual focusing.

If the lens(es) you're hoping to adapt is one of the fully manual aftermarket lenses, you might be able to make something up using a Samsung rear lens cap or lens-mount from a defunct body glued onto an M4/3 body cap, with appropriate spacers in between to get the focussing correct, else you may be able to mount your Samsung lens within something like an M42-M4/3, again with appropriate packing and/or spacing, but you'd need to check your clearances before you start.

In the case of an after-market manual lens, it may be worth contacting the manufacturer to see if they could change the mount for you, assuming the lens is/was also produced in M4/3 mount.
