I have shot both APS-C and MFT so can make some comparisons. Now, I have not shot with Fuji so cannot comment on their output vs my experience.

As for printing images, I really cannot see much difference if at all between the two formats. I have made large prints up to 24x36 and both were fine. I think one difference you might find between MFT and Fuji is the lens line up. Fuji has pretty much Fuji lens with a few exceptions. MFT is wide open with many lens choices from Olympus, Panasonic and many more 3rd party companies. As for the size of cameras both Fuji and MFT has larger and smaller bodies so I see not much difference on size. Both offer weather resistant bodies and lens. I think it comes down to longevity of both systems. FF bodies are all the interests right now. In the past size has been a factor but now some FF bodies are just about as small as the large MFT bodies.

I don't think you can go wrong with any of your choices. Ergonomically, I think MFT has better fitting cameras than Fuji, of course this is subjective but does show that one needs to physically handle the camera to determine what one likes.

Good luck with your choice.
