X-S10: playback zoom behaviour with different jpeg image formats?

Hi,

I've just made an account, so I'm  newbie on this forum.

I've got this X-S10 for about two weeks now, so I'm still discovering lots and lots of options. I've had a X-T1 and a X-H1 in the past, so it's not that everything is brand new. But something bothers me. When reviewing pictures you can activate maximum playback zoom once (pressing once on the joystick) and scroll through the images, leaving the maximum playback zoom activated. Now I've noticed that the playback zoom gets cancelled when the jpeg image format changes. (yes, I shoot F+RAW). So if I'm reviewing several 3:2 images the maximum playback zoom stays active, but when the next image has another format (16:9, 1:1, ...) the camera cancels the playback zoom and I've got to reactivate it again.

Sounds familiar? Is there a way to stop this behaviour? I want this playback zoom to stay active while I scroll through my pictures, no matter what format the jpeg is in.

Thanks for your advice,

cheers,

Paul
