Sigma 150-600 + Fringer or Fuji 100-400 + TC x1.4?

I'm looking for a long telephoto zoom for my Fujifil X-T2 I'll use it with the moon over cities and plans like that, also for some sport, some spotting,.. My biggest interest is long focal distance and a good focus speed and sharpness. Every option I'm considering is buying it used, not new, so that's why the prices I mention in this post.

The 2 possibilities that I've found are:

Sigma 150-600 5-6.3 Contetmporary + Fringer EF-FX PRO II.

PROS. 600mm at 6.3 and the possibility to make it longer with a TC x1.4 in the case I need it (I hope to not need it, but it's always good to have the possibility). The combination is 500 aprox cheaper that the FUji combo.
CONS. It's not native and I'm not a big fan of adapting lenses, and It's bigger and heavier that the Fuji combo (it won't be an special issue to me because I'll use it with tripod usually).

Fujifil 100-400 4-5.6 + Teleconverter x1.4.

PROS. It's native (I expect better AF, but I don't really now), it's smaller and lighter (Weight, not aperture).
CONS. The maximun focal distance is 560mm at f8, which I suppose it's no much difference and it's more expensive (about 500 euros more).

So, experiences in any of this combinations will be very aprecciated.

Thanks,

Luisqs.
