What Fujifilm X camera for the XF56mmF1.2? Or another system?

I own the X100V as my bring-anywhere camera. I love it! But sometimes I kinda wanna shoot something with lots of bokeh for a dreamy look. Portrait, streets, cars, ..

For that case I'm thinking of buying a cheaper X camera together with the XF56mmF1.2. I just love how all these photos on flickr with that lens look like. Exactly what I'm searching. Also it's pretty affordable on the used market. I don't need the best auto focus or the newest features. With a used X-E2 or even X-E3 I would still be under 1k€.. pretty good deal isn't it? If I would compare photos from the X-E2 to the X-E3 would there be a noticable difference in the rendering? Or would they look pretty much the same? What about the X-E4? Worth saving a month or two more and just buy something newer?

Sure, there are other options like the X-Txx but I prefer the rangefinder style.

And since I'm looking at around 1000€ I wonder if I should think of another system maybe? I only have experience with Fujifilm so far. I love the colors and the UX. Is there a camera and lens combination that creates more beautiful bokeh photos at that price range?

Thanks a lot for any advices!
