Issue with Z6 Custom Setting for F1 Button

I have two Z6 bodies. I have assigned the F1 button on both cameras to Focus Tracking through the Custom Controls menu. One one camera, it works as it should in both photography and video modes. On the second camera, it works in photography mode, but in video mode pushing F1 gives me the WB menu. The settings on both cameras are identical. Both have the latest firmware installed. I've changed batteries, cards, and tried changing the settings to something else, then back to Focus Tracking.... to no avail. I'm in Auto Area AF and set focus mode to AF-C (or AF-F). I've tried saving these setting to the U!, U2 and U3 user modes, but pressing F1 brings up the WB menu. This despite the Focus Tracking showing assigned to the F1 button.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or have possible solution? T

Thanks for your time.
