Yes, I would imagine so. In fact, one of the reasons they chose to make the full-frame Foveon sensor at TSI was the fact that they could do short run production of sensors there. In fact, I would not be surprised if Sigma decides to buy TSI at some point, to have complete control over their sensor production for both Foveon AND CFA sensors. The company is small (less than 1,000 employees), and Sigma could make custom chips of all sorts in that factory, so they would not be limited to just sensor production, but they could upgrade their future cameras AND lenses by creaing specialty chips of their own design and manufacture.
